The first raid at Fiorano takes a very special, Ferrari P540 superfast Aperta, built for American customers. Car, the second in a new program with a special project of the Ferrari was created to satisfy the most demanding customers and collectors to create a truly unique model, is the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano and has been inspired by Carrozzeria Fantuzzi specifically designed for the Ferrari 1968 Fellini film Toby Dimmit built by one of the stories inspired by Edgar Allan Poe.
Proud new owner of the Ferrari P540 superfast Aperta, Edward Walson, son of John Walson, the inventor of the cable-TV, went to Ferrari in 2008 to produce a modern reinterpretation of a car in a gold film. “I always dreamed of designing a sports car,” said Watson, “and when I saw this movie, is a decision taken by itself: one day I had” my “Ferrari”.
